The Onboarding Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for providing an overview and software functionality training to new clients while delivering on customer satisfaction to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience. This role is critical in assisting the operational aspects of the client relationship by focusing on getting agencies accustomed to using a software application, managing their dashboard, and understanding product capabilities while promoting best practices for optimal utilization. The onboarding specialist will support product configuration and customization to meet the unique needs of the client’s business.
Provide a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
Engage directly with new agencies to conduct one of one in-application demos and software instruction training.
Clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, utilizing resources from across technical, creative, and engineering channels.
Escalate unresolved issues, with thorough documentation to the appropriate department as required, to assist with resolution during initial onboarding.
Manage customer expectations through successful adoption, completion, and user satisfaction.
Support customer onboarding using best practices related to system setup, utilization, and strategic capabilities of the application.
Balance multiple virtual onboarding and training simultaneously and efficiently for various agencies.
Show an in-depth knowledge of our products and their capabilities and stay abreast of all new feature releases.
Conduct basic training, assessing users’ abilities, and tailoring training to fit their needs.
Serve as a Team Lead on HLPT team, including dotted line management of agents assigned to perform onboarding activities.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of HighLevel experience.
1-3 years experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, and customer training.
Prior experience conducting training sessions remotely with online training tools.
2+ years experience in a customer success or tech support role.
Ability to easily adapt to CRM systems and automation tools.
A passion for helping customers and a dedication to providing a best-in-class service experience.
Works well independently and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to conduct instructional training in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner.
Comfortable presenting virtually in front of small groups at varying levels of technical skills.
An excellent communicator, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse audience.
Demonstrated experience working with tools similar to Hubspot, Salesforce, Zapier, or live chat communications preferred (but not required).
