We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to lead our finance and accounting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, implementing robust internal controls, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and state and federal regulations. You will play a key role in developing budgets, creating financial forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. Your expertise will help drive financial stability, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and US state and federal regulations..
Create budgets and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
Support management with financial insights and recommendations.

Our Perfect Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Proven expertise in accounting, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and US regulatory requirements.
Advanced skills in financial data analysis and reporting.
Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new software.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Work hours aligned to Pacific Time.
Preferred experience working in an asynchronous remote environment.
Must have home office equipment/computer and high-speed internet.
