We are seeking Junior Onboarding Specialists to join our Branded Onboarding team, experts who will deliver an exceptional first impression to our clients through seamless, white-labeled onboarding experiences inside the High-level platform.

As a Junior Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping agencies and their clients get fully set up and integrated into their systems. You’ll use your technical knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail to guide users through the onboarding process with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

This role is 100% client-facing, engaging with agencies and their clients through live onboarding calls, chat, and internal communication platforms. You’ll ensure every onboarding session meets our compliance checklist, deliver technical clarity, and embody our white-label brand standard.

In this position, you’ll also gain exposure to CRM strategy, customer engagement best practices, and team collaboration within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Host white-labeled HighLevel onboarding and technical setup calls with 100% checklist accuracy and compliance.

  • Complete all pre- and post-call tasks to ensure a smooth and complete onboarding experience.

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of HighLevel sub-account setup, integrations, features, and systems to deliver high-impact sessions.

  • Maintain white-label professionalism throughout calls, Q&A sessions, and all client-facing communication.

  • Escalate and flag onboarding issues or client concerns quickly and clearly to the appropriate teams.ternal content.

  • Maintain a presentable, professional, and positive demeanor on all client calls.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in English—both verbally and textually—to ensure process accuracy and clear follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with peers and internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with a team of peers and cross functional departments to resolve technical and marketing issues.

  • Continuously learn and refine your understanding of the HighLevel platform and internal procedures

  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.
