Configure and execute automation campaigns and workflows across platforms, that meet the functional requirements and are easy to maintain.

Conduct process mapping to gain a detailed understanding of the processes, people, inputs, controls, and outputs, to improve user experiences.

Assess automation process improvement opportunities and determine the most viable and beneficial course of action based on analysis and business understanding.

Build multi-step automations that occasionally rely on advanced steps (text utilities, basic to intermediate python/JavaScript code, etc.)

Design and execute QA tests using scripts to identify bugs and automatically test functionality and performance.

Install applications and databases relevant to automation.

Work with the Dev team to assist in the development of functional and technical specifications on advanced workflow processes.

Independently manage and communicate timelines against established project plans and deliverables.

Provide regular status and progress updates with cross-functional business partners.

Prepare training materials and resources for users and support the long-term adoption and integration of campaigns into business processes.

Other tasks, duties, and special projects as assigned and inherent to the position.
