As a Customer Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while providing excellent support for a cutting-edge software system used by agencies and their clients. This is a 100% customer-facing role where you will engage with customers via support ticketing, live chat, and Zoom. You’ll get hands-on experience in solving issues, improving your technical skills, and gaining knowledge of GoHighLevel and other marketing platforms.
Assist with Front-line Support: Help solve customer issues, both basic and advanced, ensuring timely and accurate solutions, while maintaining great communication.
Learn to Diagnose Issues: Gain an understanding of how to troubleshoot software-related issues and work with your team to find resolutions.
Customer Satisfaction: Respond quickly and effectively to emails, chats, and Zoom inquiries while keeping customers happy.
Documenting Solutions: Learn to document and escalate complex issues for further resolution.
Learn Systems & Tools: Get familiar with multiple support tools and systems that will help you in your day-to-day tasks.
Collaboration: Work with your team to resolve technical issues, share solutions, and contribute to internal and external content creation.
Other Tasks: Help with various tasks or special projects as needed, learning and growing throughout your internship.
Passion for Learning: No prior experience with GoHighLevel required. Just a strong willingness to learn and grow with the platform.
Technical Savviness: You should be comfortable with technology and have a general understanding of how marketing platforms work. Familiarity with tools like GHL, ClickFunnels, WordPress, or Zapier is a plus.
Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with customers and provide outstanding service
Problem Solving: You must be proactive, able to troubleshoot, and eager to learn how to resolve issues quickly.
Attention to Detail: Ensure clients feel heard and understood by being thorough in your communication and problem-solving.
Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate with peers and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection for smooth communication and troubleshooting.
Reliable System: A good functioning Laptop/PC that can handle the load.
