We are seeking a high-performance Sales Setter to serve as the vital link between initial interest and closed deals. You will work in lockstep with our Sales Associates to ensure every opportunity in our client portfolio is maximized.
Optimize Show Rates: Take ownership of the appointment journey, engaging with prospects prior to their scheduled consultations to ensure high attendance and engagement for the sales team.
White-Label Brand Mastery: Act as a chameleon by seamlessly adopting the voice and identity of various partner brands, providing a consistent and professional experience for every prospect.
Consultative Triage: Perform discovery and qualification to vet prospects for intent and fit, ensuring the Sales Associate's calendar is populated with high-value opportunities.
Proactive Pipeline Engagement: Manage outreach to warm leads and previous inquiries to guide them toward the next steps in the sales process.
Expectation Setting: Prepare prospects for their consultations by clarifying the value proposition and ensuring they arrive ready to engage.
Dynamic Calendar Management: Manage the flow of appointments, including strategic rescheduling and follow-ups, to maintain a high-impact daily schedule for the sales team.
Discovery Documentation: Provide detailed briefings in the CRM to ensure a seamless handoff and give the Sales Associate the insights needed to win the deal.
